About Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle Annex
At Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle Annex, we are known for our take on the "Jiro Ramen" Jiro Style Ramen, is the Tonkotsu Soup (pork-based), thick noodles, pork back fat, a mountain of garlic, and an even bigger mountain of bean sprouts to top it off. The combination of pork broth and the thick noodles is like none other, and we are sure that you will enjoy the richness that makes our ramen even more flavorful and savory. Due to its richness, the broth is served in a smaller bowl than the bowl used for the noodles. We also serve vegan ramen! Try our Tsukemen, buns, annex-style dry style, and more! Located on Sawtelle Blvd, we service the Santa Monica, Mar Vista, Venice, and surrounding West LA communities.

my boyfriend and I are ramen connoisseurs immediately upon arrive we were greeted with the warm hospitality you would find in your grandmas kitchen. The amora the scent of the food lured us in and as we adventured on-ward towards our table we were greeted with the most delicious, delectable, beautiful ramen known to man. This isnβt nearly a ramen shop itβs an art.

Sharo was the perfect waitress! Answered every questions and was so prompt with her service. Food came out fast. That garlic ramen is the best take Iβve hever had - hands down. 5 stars! Thank you again!

Probably my favorite bowl of ramen in Los Angeles. Actually prefer the annex to the original across the street. But i love both. Depends on my mood but also the wait is usually shorter. The broth here is a little more tangy and garlicky. And when you add the pepper it can get nice and spicy. Service is so so here but its not really that type of experience. You just get your food, eat and leave

Great dipping noodle spot - one of my favorites in the area. The charshu is meaty, has great texture to it and has bold flavors when dipped in the broth. The noodle consistency is always great as well. Pairs well with their Japanese apple juice

The food itself is incredibly good, each ingredient in itself performed well! Noodles: The noodles aren't the typical thinner ramen noodles but a thicker variety with the same signature chew! Broth: The broth was fantastic with bits of fat to increase its richness. As you eat, I heavily recommend that you dont drink too much broth until the end as its so rich that it could make you queasy before you finish. Pork: They gave an incredible amount of pork, and it was incredibly tender. It is as expected! Egg: The egg was a perfect soft boil and you could definitely taste the marinade! Toppings: The toppings of green onions, garlic, fried garlic, and bean sprouts was perfect! The bean sprouts definitely added a nice texture and a bit of freshness to the overall rich dish. Portions: The portion sizes were insane! I would say at least 30% larger than most places. Recommendation: I would heavily recommend this place if you 1.)Love Ramen 2.)Like large portions of food The amount of food for the money your spending is absolutely worth it. I promise this will at least meet your expectations for ramen if not exceed it!
